In 1962 the firm changed its name to "Impresa Edile Gianfranco Garaventa", and then in 1985 became a joint stock company under the present name of "Garaventa S.p.A.".
The headquarters of Garaventa S.p.A. is in Genoa, in the Corte Lambruschini Business Center. Garaventa S.p.A. has participated in the most important consortia of Genoese operators and its representatives hold key roles in the trade associations (ANCE, ASPESI).
