Organization and Structure

Gianfranco Garaventa is Chair of the Board of Directors, to which his three sons Federico, Francesco and Marco Antonio also belong.

All the members of the family hold managerial roles and are actively involved in the operative management of the Company. The firm is organized into four different departments:
